This shipping policy applies to orders placed on our official website. If you purchased through TikTok Shop or another marketplace, please use that platform's official order support and shipping help tools for order-specific issues.

U.S. Warehouse Shipping

Website orders ship from our U.S. warehouse after processing.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or U.S. holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing may take longer. If there is a meaningful delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated U.S. delivery is usually 3-7 business days after the order ships.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, address issues, holidays, and other factors may affect delivery timing.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email if you provided a valid email address at checkout.

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for carrier tracking to update after shipment.

Address Changes

If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@ulmied.com.

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package:

1. Check around your delivery location.
2. Ask household members, neighbors, front desk, or building mailroom.
3. Contact the carrier for delivery details.
4. Contact our support team with your order number and tracking number.

We will help review the case, but carrier-confirmed delivery may require additional investigation.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or delivery date. Include:

• Order number.
• Tracking number.
• Photos of packaging and product if damaged.
• A clear description of the issue.

International Shipping

This launch plan is focused on the United States. If international shipping is added later, this policy must be updated before accepting international orders.
