This warranty policy applies to eligible smart glasses purchased through our official website. If you purchased through TikTok Shop or another marketplace, please keep your marketplace order record and use the appropriate channel for order-specific support.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Eligible products include a 1-year limited warranty against covered defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

The warranty period begins on the original delivery date.

What May Be Covered

Coverage may include:

• Product does not power on due to a covered defect.
• Charging failure caused by a covered product defect.
• Audio or recording function failure caused by a covered product defect.
• Manufacturing defects confirmed by support review.

What Is Not Covered

The limited warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage.
• Water or liquid damage unless a verified water-resistance claim applies.
• Damage from misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, or modification.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Lost or stolen products.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect function.
• Damage from incompatible chargers, cables, or power sources.
• Purchases from unauthorized sellers where proof of purchase cannot be verified.

How to Request Warranty Help

Email support@ulmied.com with:

• Order number.
• Purchase channel.
• Email used for purchase.
• Description of the issue.
• Photos or video showing the problem.
• Product serial number, if available.

Support may ask you to complete troubleshooting steps before approving a replacement.

Warranty Resolution

At our discretion, approved warranty claims may be resolved by:

• Troubleshooting support.
• Replacement product.
• Replacement part or accessory, if applicable.
• Other remedy required by law.

Refunds are handled according to the Return & Refund Policy, not automatically through warranty claims.
