Setup guide

  1. Charge the glasses fully before first use.
  2. Pair the glasses with your phone through Bluetooth for audio and calls.
  3. For W610 and M02S video-capable models, use the supported app for setup, file transfer, AI features, and translation features when available.
  4. Keep the charging contacts clean and dry.
  5. Test recording or audio at home before using the product outdoors.

App download and setup

Use the supported app listed in your product manual or packaging. App availability and feature names may vary by phone system, app version, network conditions, and region.

  • W610 and M02S: app-based file transfer, AI voice assistant, photo-based recognition, and multilingual translation support through supported app features.
  • G12: AI voice assistant and voice translation support through compatible phone/app features. G12 does not have a camera and does not record photos or video.

Video and photo transfer

For W610 and M02S, transfer photos and videos through the supported app according to your model guide. If transfer is slow, keep the glasses charged, keep your phone close, and avoid switching away from the app during transfer.

Charging troubleshooting

  • Check that the charging cable is fully connected.
  • Clean the charging contacts gently with a dry cloth.
  • Try a different USB power source.
  • Leave the glasses charging for at least 30 minutes if the battery is fully drained.
  • If charging still fails, contact support with a photo or short video showing the charging issue.

Warranty registration and warranty claim

ULMIED offers a 1-year limited warranty for eligible products. To submit a claim, email support@ulmied.com with your order number, product model, purchase channel, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video if relevant.

For TikTok Shop order-specific returns, refunds, delivery disputes, or platform service requests, please use TikTok Shop's official order support. ULMIED.com can still help with setup guidance, product education, warranty information, and general troubleshooting.

Order tracking help

Website orders: use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment.

TikTok Shop orders: check tracking inside TikTok Shop. If you contact ULMIED support, include a screenshot of your TikTok Shop order page so we can route you correctly.

Responsible use

Use video-capable smart glasses responsibly. Follow local laws, respect privacy, and avoid recording where recording is prohibited, restricted, or inappropriate.
