Smart video glasses are made for recording your own experiences responsibly. This policy explains how customers should think about privacy, local laws, and appropriate use.

Follow Local Laws

Recording laws vary by state, city, location, and situation. You are responsible for understanding and following the laws that apply where you use the product.

This includes laws related to:

• Video recording.
• Audio recording.
• Consent.
• Privacy.
• Public and private property.
• Driving, cycling, or operating equipment.

Respect Privacy

Do not use smart video glasses to invade someone else's privacy. Avoid recording people in situations where they reasonably expect privacy.

Do Not Record in Prohibited Places

Do not record in places where recording is prohibited, restricted, or inappropriate, including but not limited to:

• Restrooms.
• Locker rooms.
• Private homes without permission.
• Schools or childcare locations where recording is restricted.
• Medical facilities where recording is restricted.
• Workplaces with no-recording rules.
• Events, venues, stores, or buildings that prohibit recording.

Stay Aware

Do not use the product in a way that distracts you from driving, cycling, operating equipment, crossing streets, or paying attention to your surroundings.

The product is not a safety device and does not make any activity safer.

No Privacy-Invading Use

This product is sold for everyday POV recording of your own experiences. Do not use it for harassment, privacy invasion, or recording people without appropriate consent where consent is required.

Sharing Content

Before sharing recordings, consider whether the video includes other people, private information, license plates, addresses, minors, workplace information, or restricted locations.
