Return Eligibility

• Within the 30-day return window.
• In good condition, with all included accessories when possible.
• Returned with proof of purchase.

We may decline returns that are damaged by misuse, missing major components, or outside the return window.

How to Start a Return

• Reason for return.
• Photos or video if the item is defective or damaged.

Refund Timing

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
