Which model should I choose?
W610T combines a lightweight frame and magnetic charging with the Prism Pro app. M08T uses Prism Pro and adds flexible temple tips and USB-C charging. Visit the model comparison for prices and key specifications.
Which app do I need?
W610T and M08T use Prism Pro. Check the model printed on your packaging and follow its manual.
Can both models take photos and video?
Yes. W610T and M08T are camera glasses with an 8MP sensor. Higher photo output on W610T uses interpolation; it does not mean the sensor is 32MP or that the glasses record 4K video.
Can I use the glasses for music and calls?
Yes. Connect to your phone through Bluetooth for open-ear audio and calls.
How do I transfer recordings to my phone?
Use the Wi-Fi media transfer function in the correct companion app. Keep the phone close and follow the prompts in the app.
Do AI and translation work without a phone?
These features use the supported companion app and require a compatible phone and network connection. Languages, features and service terms vary by app version and region.
How long does the battery last?
The supplied specifications list approximately 12 hours of music for W610T, and approximately 7 hours for M08T. These are music playback figures, not continuous video recording times. Actual results vary with volume, recording and connection use.
How do I charge each model?
W610T uses magnetic charging. M08T uses USB-C. Keep charging connections clean and dry and follow the supplied guide.
What if I need help with an older model?
We still support customers who own G12 or M02S. Include your exact model and order number when contacting support. G12 does not have a camera.
Which app does the K82 fitness band use?
K82 uses QWatch Pro, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Charge the band before first use, enable Bluetooth and pair it inside the app. A compatible smartphone is required for setup, data review and connected features.
What can I track with K82?
In QWatch Pro you can review steps, estimated distance and calories, follow sleep and heart-rate trends, choose sports modes, and set alarms and sedentary reminders. Supported call and message notifications are available when connected to your phone. K82 is a general wellness device, not a medical device.
How do I charge K82?
Use the included magnetic USB charging base and follow the supplied manual.
How does the G500 speaker play audio?
G500 supports Bluetooth playback and induction playback. For Bluetooth, pair your phone with the speaker. For induction, place your phone on the stand and adjust its position. Induction performance depends on phone placement and device compatibility.
Is a phone included with G500?
No. Phones shown in demonstrations are for illustration only. Device size, case and placement can affect fit and induction playback.
